These answers help overseas founders understand the first decision: whether to start with a virtual office, reserve a real workspace, or combine office use with company setup support.

Can overseas founders apply?

Yes. The service is built for clients outside Japan, especially founders from the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, and other overseas markets. We first confirm your country, business activity, timeline, desired address use, and identity verification documents.

Can the address be used for company registration?

It can be possible, but it is not something we promise blindly from a public price card. Address-use compatibility depends on the plan, the intended business activity, registration route, contract terms, and compliance review. We confirm this before you rely on the address.

Can you help with company setup?

Yes. Beyond office and address use, we can coordinate company formation preparation, administrative scrivener support, tax and accounting introductions, banking preparation, and post-launch operation support. This is best handled as a custom quote after consultation.

How does mail forwarding work?

Mail is received at the agreed address, then notifications and forwarding are handled according to the selected plan, document urgency, forwarding destination, and compliance rules. Important mail and time-sensitive documents should be discussed before contract.

Are government and specialist fees included?

No. Public prices are starting service fees. Government fees, registration tax, stamp duty, notary fees, legal, tax, accounting, banking, translation, and other third-party costs are quoted separately when needed.

How much does a Japan virtual office cost?

Public starting prices begin from ¥9,800/month for address use and from ¥14,800/month when mail handling is needed. Rental office, company setup, specialist coordination, forwarding costs, and custom support are quoted separately after we understand your usage.

Is a virtual office enough for a Business Manager visa?

Not automatically. Business Manager visa planning needs case-by-case review of office requirements, business activity, capital, documents, and current immigration rules. We can coordinate office and address planning, but we do not guarantee visa approval or immigration results.

Should I choose Tokyo or Fukuoka for my Japan base?

Tokyo is usually stronger for national credibility, meetings, and company setup planning. Fukuoka can fit Kyushu market entry, regional reception, and lower-friction early validation. The right choice depends on your customers, budget, address use, and operational needs.
